I am really motivated to share this post with you all! I do enjoy jogging, working out, doing yoga moves and other activities that involve sport and I really wanted to share my motivation!
I know that this may be different for each person but my number one motivation is the outfit that I am wearing while I am doing my daily excersises! I definitely need to feel comfy in both top and pants because that way I can do all my moves without feeling sad or dissapointed! The other important thing to me is to have my sport pants stretchy and tight. If they are stretchy then I don`t have any problems to do all sorts of excercises, stretches or running and if they are tight then I can see how my body is changing. For me that is the good way to see the results in the first place.
About the crop-tops. I like wearing these ones because I do get quite sweaty and that way my body feels more free and breezy.
To my workouts I do add weights too. I use these 1,5kg ones. I feel that for now they are what I need maybe in future I will get heavier ones!
