As I was thinking of this weeks post I came up with an idea to share my favorite after workout breakfast. It is super easy to make and tastes pretty cool too!
For breakfast I enjoy cooking all sorts of food because I like to know new ways how to prepare something and make myself feel good after I have learned it! But I must admit that very often I choose to have a porridge for breakfast! It is really filling and I don`t feel hungry atleast for 4 hours which is good!
This particular morning I made myself 7 grain porridge. And instead of using milk I used water. In my opinion, you don`t necessary need to use milk, it depends of the person you are and the way you like your porridge, hehe! For sweeter taste I added bananas, goji berries and dried cranberries.
As I went food shopping yesterday I bought myself this Lakto protein drink with strawberry flavor - tastes super good! I love this product! I drank it while I was enjoying my lovely and tasty porridge!
